ARTICLE VIII

SECTION 1:
The members of the Council are absolved of all legal liabilities for any action or decision taken by them on behalf of the Society.

SECTION 2 :
The disposition or dissolution of the Society shall be determined by the General Assembly at its special meeting which will be called for that purpose only.
