SECTION 1:
The name of the society will be Transplantation Society of Pakistan which will be registered under the Societies Registration Act. The Secretariat of the Society will be located at Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation in the city of Karachi.

SECTION 2:
The council (Board of Directors) may adopt a seal or logo for the Society in such a form as it deems appropriate.
